Flat Rate Shipping!
Our shipping rates for the lower 48 United States are as follows (effective 04/20/2009):
- Orders being shipped to zip codes 01001-09002, 09893-34001, 34100-61999 are charged a $8.95 shipping fee.
- Orders being shipped to zip codes 62000-96200, 96700-99499 are charged a $12.95 shipping fee.
APO/FPO shipping rates can be found further down this page. All domestic orders within the United States are shipped via reliable UPS Ground Service; service to Alaska or Hawaii is unavailable at this time. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
You do not need to be home to receive your ShopFoodEx delivery. UPS drivers will leave your order at your doorstep, so long as they feel it is safe to do so.
Depending on where you live, your order will most likely arrive within 1-6 business days after you place your order (orders are shipped from Virginia).
Orders that require multiple boxes to ship, orders shipped to remote areas (as defined by UPS) or orders which exceed 25 lbs. may incur additional shipping charges.
We will contact you first for approval, before we process your order or charge your credit card, if this occurs. Over 96% of orders placed on our website weigh less than 25 lbs. (Source UPS May 2009)
APO/FPO Shipping
ShopFoodEx is proud to once again offer our grocery delivery service to our men and women in uniform.
The shipping rates below are based on a single 30 lb. box. As can be expected, extra shipping charges will apply if your order exceeds 30 lbs. or requires more than 1 box to ship. In these cases, we will email you before processing and shipping your order to get your approval and to inform you of what the extra charge will be.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance. To further protect the contents of your order we use only new, Heavy Duty 275 lb. test strength boxes to insure that your shipment arrives intact.

To prevent delays, be sure that your billing address is correct. This address is often "state side" and may differ from your shipping address.

The flat rate shipping charge is based on a single box weighing 30 lbs. So whether your order weighs 10 lbs. or 30 lbs. you are paying the same shipping rate so please get the most "bang for your buck".

Shipping may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the Military Mail System. Rest assured that we are shipping it the fastest possible way (USPS Priority Mail).

International Shipping
ShopFoodEx is excited to now offer International Shipping to countries throughout the world! Now your favorite "long lost" groceries are a mere click away!
After you are done filling your cart simply click the International Checkout logo (as seen below) to finalize your order.
Diplomatic Pouch Orders (US State Dpartment)
While we are proud to serve our embassies throughout the world, the State Department in conjunction with the USPS has set strict guidelines on what can and can't be shipped via the Diplomatic Pouch Service.
It is up to you, the customer, to know these regulations and restrictions when placing your order.
Ordering restricted items such as liquids, glass, cans with pop-tops, and other items not mentioned will result in your order being refused by the State Department. We will not be able to reimburse you for any shipping costs if this occurs.
The following is our generally accepted shipping schedule of in stock items. If an item is out of stock you will be promptly notified within 1-2 business days. *Please allow an extra day or two for all holidays depending on the day of the week the holiday may fall on.

How to use the Quick List and Re-order Features
When you complete your checkout you will note that you will be able to choose to add all your items on your order to your Quick List. You can also flag the whole order as your "Usual" Order. Below is a quick summary of these two rather nifty options.
If you choose to flag an order as your "Usual" order the entire contents of that order will appear in your cart when you choose this order from your Order History. You can then add or remove items from your cart (usual order) as you see fit. When looking through your Order History your "Usual" Order will be denoted with a green check (flag). This option is better suited for customers who usually order just an item or two.
If you choose to add your items to your Quick List when you check out you can click on the Quick List icon from the grocery aisle categories and review all the items that you have added to your list. You can then check those items that you want to add or delete from your soon to be placed order. This is the preferred option of most customers who order multiple items on a regular basis.
If you need to change the "Usual" order from one order to another you can do so by clicking on the My Account tab and choose a new "Usual" order.
Return Policy
Due to the concerns and possible dangers regarding food product tampering, we err on the side of caution by not re-shipping products that have been delivered to someone's home. Therefore we cannot accept returns of food products that you have ordered, so please be sure that you are ordering the right product.
However, if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped due to our negligence or error please contact us through the "Contact Us" section so that we can quickly make the needed corrections and or refunds for you.
