Shipping Rates
ShopFoodEx ships via both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail Service to the 48 Contiguous United States and Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses all over the world.
You do not need to be home to receive your ShopFoodEx order. If you are not home, UPS or the Postal Service will leave your order at your doorstep if it's safe to do so.
Depending on where you live, once shipped your order will likely arrive within 1-6 business days (except for APO/FPO orders which will require more delivery time). ShopFoodEx observes all UPS shipping holidays; if UPS is closed then we are also closed with regards to shipping.

Discounted shipping to AK, HI and APO's using USPS Flat Rate Boxes.
If you are ordering just a few items that will fit into a USPS Priority Flat Rate Box (12" x 12" x 5-1/2" and as seen above) you can use the following coupon codes for shipping discounts.
- Alaska & Hawaii residents can use the coupon code HOTANDCOLD for a $46.75 discount.
- APO/AE customers can use the coupon code APOAE for a $9.50 discount.
- APO/AA customers can use the coupon code APOAA for a $15.00 discount.
- APO/AP customers can use the coupon code APOAP for a $41.95 discount.
- Flat Rate Boxes can hold about 8 cans of food (snugly) and is about the size of two small cereal boxes glued together. This option is great for smaller purchases.
- Please note that only about 2 glass jars will fit into this box safely due to the extra packaging required.
- To receive this discount you must sign up for an account when placing your order.
- If after placing your order it is determined that using a flat-rate box is not possible we will contact you first before we process your order or charge your credit card. You can then determine to cancel the order or reduce the order size.
International Shipping
ShopFoodEx is excited to now offer International Shipping to countries throughout the world! Now your favorite "long lost" groceries are a mere click away!
After you are done filling your cart simply click the International Checkout logo (as seen up above). You will then be redirected to the International Checkout website where you will complete your order.
Please note that International customers do not need to sign up for an account to shop on our website.
All shipping rates, policies, and shipping methods are determined by International Checkout.
Diplomatic Pouch Orders
While we are proud to serve our embassies throughout the world, the State Department in conjunction with the USPS has set strict guidelines on what can and can't be shipped via the Diplomatic Pouch Service.
It is up to you, the customer, to know these regulations and restrictions when placing your order.
Ordering restricted items such as liquids, glass, cans with pop-tops, and other items not mentioned will result in your order being refused by the State Department. For liability reasons we will not be able to reimburse you for any product returns or shipping costs if this occurs so please order responsibly and carefully.
Return Policy
Due to the concerns and possible dangers regarding food product tampering, we err on the side of caution by not re-shipping products that have been delivered to someone's home.
Therefore we cannot accept returns of food products that you have ordered, so please be sure that you are ordering the right product.
However, if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped due to our negligence or error please contact us through the "Contact Us" section so that we can quickly make the needed corrections and or refunds for you.
