New England Clam Chowder

INGREDIENTS:  (Products available below)

  • 2 15 oz. cans diced potatoes, drained
  • 4 5 oz. cans chopped clams, drained - 1 c. RESERVED 
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1/4 c. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
  • 1 T. minced onion
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • Oyster Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients, including 1 c. reserved clam juice, in medium pot.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring to avoid scorching, until heated through.
  3. Serve with oyster crackers.

SERVES 6
