INGREDIENTS:  (Products available below)

• 1 box Zantarains Long Grain and Wild Rice Mix
• 2 c. water 
• 2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
• 1 32 oz. carton chicken broth (can also use vegetable broth)
• 3 4 oz. jars sliced mushrooms, drained
• 1 T. chopped garlic
• 1 t. salt
• 1/4 t. pepper
• 1 T. dried parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Bring rice mix and 2 c. of water to a boil.
2. Simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
