INGREDIENTS: (Products Available Below)
- 2 12.5 oz cans chunk chicken breast, drained
- 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
- 1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. dried cranberries
- 4 -6 slices swiss cheese (optional)*
- 1 1/4 c. water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Spoon out 2 T. of the soup and spread on the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Place chicken in dish and spread remaining soup on top.
- Pour stuffing mix (reserving 1/4 c. for topping), contents of spice packet, and water into a medium-size bowl and stir until completely moistened.
- Mix cranberries into stuffing mix and pour on top of chicken.
- Evenly place cheese slices on top of stuffing mix.
- Sprinkle with reserved dried stuffing mix.
- Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes or until bubbling and heated through.
