INGREDIENTS: (Products available below)
- 2 28 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 1 T. dried minced onion
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 12 oz. can skimmed evaporated milk
- 1 5 oz. bag New York Texas Toast Croutons - Butter & Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Puree 1 can of tomatoes in blender or food processor.
- In saucepan, heat olive oil and sautee garlic and onion for 1 minute.
- Add pureed tomatoes, remaining can of tomatoes, spices, broth, and evaporated milk.
- Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
- Serve with croutons on top.
