INGREDIENTS: (Products Available Below)
- 1 box Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs*
- 1 10 oz. bag Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oven to 350 and grease BOTTOM ONLY of 9x13 pan.
- Stir brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until well blended and pour into pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- IMMEDIATELY sprinkle baking chips evenly over hot brownies.
- Allow to stand 3-4 minutes or until chips are completely melted.
- Using a table knife, very gently swirl melted candies to cover entire surface of brownies.
- Cool about 2 hours or until topping is just set. (If the topping gets too hard, it will crack when cut. If this happens, put into microwave for 30 seconds at a time until topping softens.)
- Cut into 24 squares and enjoy!
